Uplines are advising their respective downlines to continue the conduct of their network marketing businesses until such time they will find their eagles. Thereafter, downlines are guaranteed to succeed.
Why an eagle is being utilized as a metaphor and not a chicken or duck? this is so because an eagle has these impressive leadership characteristics such as visionary, vitality, high flier, nurturer and fearless.
An eagle networker has a vision that this industry will be the one to deliver his dreams, can endure the hardship, ambitious, formulates his action plan to obtain his goal, looks after his eaglets to provide support and eager to succeed.
The term eagle is therefore being used to describe a successful networker who owns a set of powerful characters such as dedication, helpfulness, efficiency and hard workmanship.
Is it hard to find an eagle? Well, it depends upon the situation you are engaged in.
If you’re a newbie, of course it would be a difficult task for you to look for one. However, a veteran networker could find eagles faster by providing trainings to his eaglets and equip them with the powerful tools, then eaglets transform to eagles.
Meaning, a newbie couldn’t possibly mold his downline to become an eagle because he is not even knowledgeable himself yet. Thus, he must first be knowledgeable before he could impart knowledge, right?
The rule should be, a newbie must first be transformed into an eagle before the duplication process takes place.
“Only an eagle can create an eagle.”
Basically, an eaglet starts learning to fly after 2 months but he still stays on his mother’s nest until 6 months.
To correlate, a newbie networker should seek the guidance of his mentor for the first 2 or more months until he is fully equip with the required knowledge and skills. After then, he could be deemed prepared to perform his business activities personally without any supervision anymore.
So, it’s evident that within the period of learning an eaglet don’t have the ability to mold an eagle. He should be trained first before he could impart a directive with an authority that goes, “training is everything“.
Now you can confidently respond to the question, “where do we find an eagle?”
Eagles are just beside you acting as an eaglet and waiting for you to discover.
“You don’t find eagles, you create them.”
