Is Crosslining Important?


Yes, crosslining or closelining is very important.
Bakit? Kasi downlines, in the real situation, always forget to be grateful to their Uplines even after receiving tremendous support in whatever means. Bakit naman kaya?
Kasi ang laging nasa isip ng downline ay dapat naman tumulong si Upline, “obligation”nya kaya yon! Sounds familiar ba?
Tama ba? Toink! Syempre mali! Kasi this is your own business and you should learn to grow or expand it if you want to earn big. Si Upline ay consolation lang, pagtumulong, jackpot! Pag hindi pasalamatan mo na rin kasi kung hindi nya inofer s’yo ang opportunity, there’s no way na nagkavision ka na pwede mo pla makuha ang Dream mo kahit ordinary person ka lang.
Pero bakit merong mga networkers na ayaw magcrossline sa ibang ka-teammates? Simpleng sagot: Kasi takot silang mabuwag ang group nila.
Wee! Dapat nga grateful sila at dapat maslalong mag-expand ang group nila, di ba?
True, some of the Uplines will be glad if the trainer is a crossliner because they assumed that their downlines will become obedient to all the directives of the trainer. The obvious reason ay, the trainer is spending time to train them na hindi n’ya naman obligation, in short, totoong pagtulong nga ito.
Ito ang FACT: “Most of the Uplines do not know the different types of individualities kaya ito ang laging sinasabi ng Upline, “basta magcrossline tayo”. Kaya as a result nagkakaroon ng mismatch sa trainer at downlines with different dispositions & as an effect, siguradong bagsak ang business ni downline.
Bakit? kasi si trainer naging stressor ni downline kaya instead na ma-challenge, magqu-quit na lang si downline. Dito papasok ang destruction and there’s no way na magkaroon ng construction.
Example:
Si Agila tini-train si Pipit.
Sabi nya tuturuan kitang kumain ng buhay na anaconda (ahas).
Sabi ni Pipit, hindi ko po kaya yon!
Sagot ni Agila, AKNY ka talaga! Basta gawin mo lang ito kung gusto mo maging agila.
What do you think will happen to Pipit, kaya nya kayang kainin ang buhay na ahas o s’ya ang kakainin ng ahas?
Do you think naging stressor nya si Agila?
Guys, always remember that individualities are inherent in each person ang you can’t do otherwise. You can’t force a downline to do something that he could not really perform not because he is untrained but because it is not inherent in him and he can’t do it talaga.
This is what you need to do, make a smart goal and implement an action planning system that fits to your downline’s character, then he will succeed!

Pipit: At anytime coach, ilan ba gusto mo? Gusto mo pasalubungan pa kita eh, ano gusto po ninyo ang pula o itim?
