Kailangan Natin si Superman at si Batman sa MLM




Noong pumasok ka sa MLM Industry, nkita mo lahat ng magagandang bagay… Gadgets, Kotse, trip to somewhere, at idagdag mo pa diyan yung pagkasilaw mo sa usapang malaking halaga(nasilaw din ako dyan wag kang mag-alala, kasama mo ko).


At nang nandito ka na nahirapan ka… pag-usapan natin si Prospecting.
Karaniwang ginagawa ng mga Networkers na prospecting ay yung pagkausap sa mga tao…


Scenario 1…
Nagpunta ka sa Tita mo… nalaman mo yung pangangailangan nya… at alam mong pwede syang matulungan ng business na meron sa’yo ngayon… habang nag-uusap kayo, naipakita mo sa kanya na kaya mo pa lng bigyan ng solusyon yung problema nya…kaso ayaw niya… kaso hindi siya interesado… in short nareject ka…
ok lang yan… wag mo yang damdamin…


Scenario2…
Nakita mo yung bestfriend mo..at dahil sa close na kayo naisip mong i-offer sa kaniya yung MLM business na meron ka…direkta… kaso ayaw nya… kasi may trabaho na siya…masaya na siya… in short na reject ka ulit…
ok lang yan… wag mo yang damdamin…


Scenario3
Out of desperation… naisip mo “kailangan ko nang magkaroon ng downlines”… lumabas ka…. sabi ng Upline mo … learn the 3-foot rule (which I insist to avoid and not to recommend) … paglabas mo ng bahay… nagpunta ka sa park… tinabihan mo yung isang manong…”Ah sir excuse me po…baka gusto nyo…?…baka meron kayong….?<the marketing plan of your company>… pagkatapos sabi nung manong sa’yo… “sige kokontakin na lang kita”… medyo negative pero pwede ring positive… who knows?…. in short naject ka ulit….
Sabi mo sa sarili mo, ang hirap, parang hindi mo na kaya… Out of nowhere biglang dumating si coach BatangNetworker… at sinabi ko sa’yo…don’t worry isipin mo lang ikaw si Superman at ikaw din si Batman… kailangan mo yan!


Clarification…
Sa MLM Industry sila talaga ang kailangang maging kung sino ka… ikaw dapat si Superman … SUPERMANhid…para magkaroon ka ng dahilan na ipagtuloy yang ginagawa mo para sa sarili mo… ikaw din dapat si Batman… BATo’t MANhid… para sa katuparan ng mga pangarap ng mga mahal mo sa buhay.


Alam ko bilang isang Networker alam mo kung “BAKIT” mo to ginagawa… pero dapat alam mo din kung “ANO” ang mga kailangan mong attitude para maging successful sa MLM Industry.

How To Make a 1-Minute Presentation?




This is as simple as ABC… and 123…


To Start…. you may ask yourself…”How do you do prospecting?”


Most Networkers try to invite their prospect using these question-techniques:


#1.”We have a Business presentation in our office, I can teach you how to make millions, it would just take an hour, when can you go with me?”

#2. “We have the best Compensation/Marketing Plan, I can show it to you!”

#3. “Tired of doing things that you’ve always done?…We have our millionaires in our office who will present you a very good way to go out your Rat Race”

#4. “Forget about those telenovelas and tv programs that you are always watching, those won’t make you Rich! Come with me in our Office, I and my Upline will tell you what to do to get Rich!”

#5. etc…. many more to mention 
But most likely, these are some of the lines that we used to say to our prospects to earn their attention… and suddenly after going to your office… you’ll start drawing circles on the white board!!!!.. naaahhh…. your prospects will yawn and will start to withdraw their attention from you.


What’s the problem on these….???
By using these techniques, we are driving away prospects from us, to lay their back away from us.  And we don’t want that right?…
So what are we going to do…. Let’s give them phrases that will make them lean forward and listen to us…


Here are those phrases…
#1. “When can you set aside a whole minute?”

#2.  ”I can give you a full presentation in just a minute…”


Why these two are effective?

#1. Your prospect will feel at ease and safe.

#2. Prospects will have an idea to listen and eliminate you immediately.

#3. They will become curious…you will have this in your prospects mind “What is this business?”

#4. They will think to just spare their time the very moment you say this than go to your office and listen to a 1 hour presentation. 


Then, as their presentor… all you need to tell your prospects are FACTS . . . again… just FACTS . . . leave some teasers…. and let them ask you for more information. . . And when you hear from your prospects’ their one million dollar question . . “Can you pls tell me more”… then, this is the right time that you know they can come with you and listen to the elaborated discussion of your opportunity.


This is also one kind of technique wherein you could easily sort those people who are really will give their attention to your opportunity immediately. It eliminates wastage of both of your times and efforts.

How To Choose The Best MLM Company?



As we speak of MLM,.. this is the only Industry created in the world that has able to produce the most numbers of Millionaires (please correct me if Iam wrong). That’s why several MLM Companies sprouted like mushroom… all over the Philippines. Counting these days, there’s already more than 600 Networking Companies in our country, too many to mention…. and all of them promise people Time Freedom, Financial Freedom,…through great Incentives, Big Income and the big waves of wealth.


As an Ordinary person, never been with this Industry, you can easily be lured and excited with those promises that a so-called MLM Company/ies can give you. BUT, before you engage yourself/ves to this Business, you must first know HOW to Choose the better if not the best MLM Company.


HOW?
We have what we call the “4-Legged-Horse” structure of a company. These includes the Quality of a certain company that you must consider. Let me site a brief discussion and some tips for you.


4-Legged-Horse; Choose your MLM Company according to…”


#1. Company Stability – We can say that a Company is stable through some Standards. According to DTI (Department of Trade and Industry), a company can be considered stable, if it already manage to stand the business competition for 5-consecutive years onwards…. Therefore, as you will go to your respective company’s office, you may want to first take a look on their “Legalities Section”. There,, you can manage to have a glance on their Legality Certificates. Make sure to look for their Legal Registration, search the year on when they established their business… and if they already running their Business for more than 5-years, then your first step is done…. it’s a good sign.


#2. Leadership of the Owner – Regardless the race or nationality of the owner, you must know HOW they are running their business. The Leadership of the owner can be seen through physical, financial, relationship with their people, and production aspects. Let’s make it simple; as you are in the office, observe things around you, people around you,..’coz by doing this, you can manage to identify what kind of Leadership the owner is giving its people… You can ask yourself these questions….”How is this office looks like?, is it proper and organized?”…”How do these people around me deal and treat each other?”….”Are these people happy?”….”How are these people react in certain scenario?”… and so forth. And if you already have answers to those questions, then, make an assessment, and evaluation. Do you believe, “The way the Leader acts, is the way the people reacts”. Agree?


#3. Product Line – Company wouldn’t be a company without people, system, process and ofcourse Products. In the MLM Industry, just like what I’ve been always saying, we are not selling the opportunity, we are selling ourselves and our group. We can find people who will join our team if, they like what we are doing, if they want to be with our team and if they Need what we are offerring….the products. Then, HOW will you assess the products of the company that you have?….


Tips….products should be “Unique”, for people would realize that your company can solely offer the products to people, with a little pressure of competition. Next… it should be “Highly Consumable”, it’s essential for the company’s products movement. It supports the income of the company, more money means more income means company’s strength to last the competition…. Then… the products should be “Affordable”. It comprises the range of people who will have the capacity to buy what you are offering. People can be classified in (3) three major division; Poor class, Middle class and Rich class. Your company should have the capacity to cater products to these types of people, again, this is for fast product movement and high rate of income.

 Lastly…. products should be “Effective”. Let’s say, people will not buy a medicine if this will not cure or treat diseases. The company’s product should reach the people’s expectation. If that’s medicine, it should / can cure, if that’s food, it should taste good, and if that’s a supplement, it should contain lots of Nutrients and minerals that people would need. 
#4. Marketing Plan “win = win”… how would this be going?…. simple… WINner on the part of the company, and WINner on the consumers’ part… it Should be beneficial on both parties. But, we should not stare on to those Incentives,.. those will just follow if your company will able to have the first “3-legs” that we discussed earlier.

Nasunog Ka Na Ba???


Burn-out  in the MLM Industry, this is an adjective used to describe a person who stops/ stopped doing things for his/her downlines or network.


FACT:MLM is not an easy field to go in. Walang madali pagdating sa business na’to. Simulan mo sa pagkausap ng tao, sa pagbuo ng network o sa pagkuha downlines,…at kung may network ka na,Challenge pa din ung pag-keep ng mga tao. Pero ‘pag lahat yan nagawa mo…in Networkers term…Sabog!


Sabi ng mga successful Uplines,..”As a Networker you have to first know what is your biggest WHY, para maibigay mo lahat ng kaya mo, para todo-todo na lahat…..at pagkatapos mong malaman yung Why mo madali na ang lahat”… Tama naman ‘yon, dapat alam mo kung “BAKIT” mo nga talaga dapat gawin ‘tong business na pinasok mo. Pero hindi mo ba naitatanong…Bakit kaya may mga tumitigil?…Bakit kaya may nabu-burn-out?…Bakit kaya mag nag-fail sa Networking?


FACT: Knowing your “WHY” will really boost every potential that you have. It will light the fire which burns your heart – your eagerness to reach your goals, especially your Dreams. But ask yourself,.. is this really enough?


Lahat ng Networkers, lahat ng tao na nasa MLM Industry, they already know their Biggest Why… naniniwala ka ba?… pero bakit nga may nabu-burn-out?


Even if you know you Why….you must seek for the “HOW” as well. Good Example, kung pumasok ka bilang crew ng Jollibee, your Why would be: Para kumita ng pera….at kapag nasa working area ka na, kung hindi mo alam ang How, wala ka din magagawa. Kung hindi mo alam kung “Paano” humawak ng kaha, kung paano gumawa ng tamang burger, kung “paano” ang tamang oras na hihintayin mo para makapag-serve ka ng isang “Crispy-fried Chicken”…Wala kang Silbi, …Wala ka ding magagawa.


Sa MLM, dapat alam mo lahat ng bagay na pwede mong gawin; Tamang pagharap sa tao, kaalaman sa lahat ng aspect ng business mo, tamang prospecting, tamang pag-keep ng tao… etc… Ikaw, bilang isang Networker, na may mataas na pangarap para sa pamilya mo at para sa sarili mo…”Aralin” mo lahat…at kung sa tingin mo na parang kahit anung hataw mo ganun at ganun pa din ang nangyayari, wala pa ding improvement o mabagal ang improvement…adjust…adjust…adjust… At kung wala pa din… bago ka maburn-out…Maghanap ka… nga taong makakatulong sa’yo… taong mkakapagbigay ng tamang “HOW” para sa business mo.

How To Become A Prospect Magnet



Kung matagal tagal ka nang nasa network marketing industry, malamang ay alam mo na na isa sa malaking problema ng mga networkers ay kung paano magkakaron ng maraming prospects at kung paano makakapag recruit ng downlines.

“Papa, Magkano Po Ang Sweldo Mo?”


Isang araw, umuwi galing sa trabaho ang isang ama. Alas diyes na ng gabi nun. Pagkadating niya sa bahay, gising pa pala si bunso. Sinalubong siya nito at niyakap. Naupo siya sa sofa at binigyan ng “tsinelas na pangbahay” ni bunso. Habang naghuhubad siya ng medyas, nagtanong ang bata.

Bunso: Papa, magkano po ang sweldo mo sa isang oras?

Papa: (nabigla sa tanong ng anak) Ha? Bakit mo naman naitanong yan?

Bunso: Sige na papa, sabihin mo sakin magkano ang sweldo mo…

Papa: Alam mo anak, hindi ko pwedeng sabihin sayo. Kahit nga si mama mo eh hindi niya alam kung magkano ang sweldo ko…

Bunso: Sige na Papa, promise di ko sasabihin kay mama.

Papa: (nakumbinsi din). Okay. Sikreto lang natin to ha? Ang sweldo ko sa isang oras ay P300. (ibig sabihin, P300 x 8 oras = P2400/day pala ang sweldo ng ama. siguro malaki ang posisyon niya sa kompanya?)

Bunso: Wow, ang laki pala!

Papa: Anak, huwag mong lakasan baka marinig ng mama mo…

Bunso: Opo. oo nga pala papa, meron po akong hihilingin sayo….

Papa: Sige anak, basta kaya kong ibigay. Ano ba yun?

Bunso: Pwede po bang humingi ng P150.00?

Papa: (nagtaas ng boses) Lokong bata to ah! Kaya pala nagtanong dahil gusto lang humingi… Yan ba ang natutunan mo sa paaralan?

Bunso: (di nakakibo ang anak.. napahiya… dahan-dahang tumayo , biglang umiyak at tumakbo sa kanyang kwarto…)

Papa: (naiwang mag-isa ang ama sa labas at biglang nag-isip) Saan niya kaya gagamitin ang P150? baka na-addict na yun sa computer games gaya ng dota, counter strike atbp… (maya-maya) nakakaawa naman… sige na nga pagbigyan ko na lang…

(biglang tumayo ang ama at kinatok ang pinto ng bunsong anak)

Papa: Anak, o sige na, eto na ang P150 mo…

Bunso: (Binuksan ang pinto, nagpahid ng luha, sabik na sabik na tinanggap ang malutong na P150 paper bills, tumakbo sa kama niya at inangat ang kutson. Sa ilalim pala ng kutson ng bata eh maraming nagkalat na barya, binilang niya iyon at ng makita niyang sapat na, tumakbo siya palapit sa papa niya. Iniangat niya ang dalawa niyang kamay, punong-puno ng pinagsamang barya at ng P150 na paper bills at tuwang-tuwa na sinabi sa papa niya: “papa, eto po ang P300. Pwede ko po bang bilhin ang isang oras mo at maglaro tayo?”

Utang, Isang Patibong: Paano Ka Makakaahon???




UTANG.... Isang salitang may malaking implikasyon. Kung umutang ng isang beses, mas madaling gawin sa susunod.

Sa ilalim ng batas ng Pilipinas at iba pang mga bansa, ang pangungutang ay isang kasunduan. Sa Pilipinas, hindi nito kailangan ng kasulatan. At kahit saan tayo magpunta, isa lang ang obligasyon ng umutang: dapat siyang magbayad.

Maraming mga taong lubog sa utang. Malalaman mo kung isa ka sa kanila kung:


1. umuutang ka para mabayaran ang iba mong utang;

2. pinagpapaliban mo ang isang bayaran para makabayad ka sa overdue bill;
3. ipapa-extend o re-structure mo ang utang para magkaroon ka ng mas mahabang panahong magbayad;
4. interes lang ang kaya mong bayaran, at hindi nababawasan ang principal ng utang mo;
5. nagtatrabaho ka ng overtime o extra work para lang makatawid sa bawat buwan dahil hindi kasya ang sweldo mo;
6. nagbebenta ka ng mga bagay na mahalaga sa iyo, para lang makabayad, tulad ng alahas na minana mo sa nanay mo, o kaya ang bahay mo, home appliances na kailangan mo, at iba pa.

Ilan lamang ito sa mga symptoms ng sobra-sobrang utang. Maaaring may mga iba ka pang maidaragdag.


Marami tayong naririnig na tinig, tumatawag sa ating atensyon para gumastos tayo, at para umutang, tulad ng: “Halika, umutang ka rito sa amin, madali ang requirements, may libreng home appliances ka kung uutang ka ngayon; kung mag-refer ka ng iba at umutang siya, mayroon ka pang bonus.”


Sa ganitong sitwasyon, may mga kababayan tayong tumutugon, hanggang sa umutang sila ng umutang, at nahihirapan na silang makalabas sa patibong ng utang (debt trap).


May kasabihang “the borrower becomes the lender’s slave” (Proverbs 22:7). Ang umuutang ay nagiging alipin ng nagpapautang. May kasabihan ding: “Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results”. Kung magpapatuloy ka sa isang bagay, hindi ka makakaasa na magbabago ang takbo ng buhay mo.


Paano mababago ang takbo ng buhay mo kung gusto mong hindi malulon sa utang?


Una, wag kang umutang kung hindi talaga kailangan.


Narito ang ilang halimbawa: isang taong umuutang para ma i-blow-out ang kaibigan na biglang bumusita sa kanya; ang lalaking gustong magpasiklab at umuutang para magpakasal ng bongga, kahit ilang taon niya itong babayaran; ang magulang na gustong magbigay ng malaking birthday party para sa one-year-old na anak, kahit wala silang sapat na pera para magbigay ng malaking handaan; o ang taong umuutang para magsugal.


Ngunit kung mayroong tunay na pangangailangan na hindi napag-handaan, tulad ng biglang dumating na sakit, at malaki ang gastos sa ospital, isa ito sa sitwasyon na pwedeng umutang.


Pangalawa, wag gumastos dahil sa impulse-buying, at iwasan ang mga lugar kung saan ito pwedeng mangyari.

Pangatlo, wag gastusin ang pera sa bisyo.


May mga taong nahumaling sa mahjong o  tong-its, at kaya niyang maglaro ng ilang araw, kumakain at nag-tu-toothbrush na daw siya habang nagmamahjong.

Maraming buhay at pamilya ang nasisira dahil sa sugal.


Pang-huli, mas maiging mabuhay ng simple lang. Sabi nga sa awitin ni Ariel Rivera, “simpleng buhay ay kay ganda, mayroong ngiti, mayroong saya, walang hindi magagawa lalo na’t simple ka…”
